My story

I've been on the other side of this.

For years, IBS ran my life. What I ate, where I'd go, how I worked, the plans I quietly cancelled. Building two startups (and exiting one) in that kind of pain taught me a lot about resilience. But mostly it taught me I needed a way out. So I found one.

This isn't a clinic, and I'm not selling a miracle. It's me, working with you, week by week, sharing what actually worked, for me and for the people I've helped since.

I'm not a doctor. If you need medical care, I'll always tell you to see one. I work alongside that, never instead of it.

One 1:1 session a week for 12 weeks, plus messaging support between sessions. Pay session by session, with no big upfront commitment, and cancel anytime.

Are you a doctor?+

No. I'm someone who had bad IBS, found my way out, and now helps others do the same. If you need medical care, please see a doctor. I work alongside that, not instead of it.

What happens on the free call?+

30 minutes, over video. You tell me what's going on, I ask questions, and together we work out whether the programme's a fit. Zero obligation to continue.

How soon will I notice a difference?+

Everyone's different, but most people see real progress well before week 12. We track changes every week so you can feel it happening.

Why 12 weeks?+

Long enough to genuinely change things like habits, food, and stress patterns, and short enough to stay focused.
