Privacy policy

This is the plain-English version. No legalese, no hidden fine print. If anything here is unclear, email me at yuval@onlyone.health and I'll explain.

Who I am

One Health is a 1:1 IBS coaching service run by Yuval Shahar (yuval@onlyone.health). When you see "I" or "me" on this page, that's me. When you see "the site," that's onlyone.health.

What I collect, and when

If you fill out the request-a-call form, you give me:

• Your name
• Your email
• Your timezone (optional)
• A few sentences about when works for you (optional)
• A few sentences about what you'd like me to know (optional)

If you just visit the site without filling anything out, my analytics and ad-tracking tools record standard technical information: pages you visited, roughly where you're from (city level), your device type, and where you came from (for example, a Google ad or a direct link). They don't know who you are by name.

What I use it for

The form data: I use it to reply to you and arrange your free 30-minute call. That's it. I don't add you to any newsletter you didn't ask for. I don't sell your details. I don't share them with anyone unless you become a client and we explicitly agree on a specific reason (for example, exchanging notes with your doctor if you and I both think that's helpful).

The analytics: I use it to understand which pages and which ads are working, so I know what to keep doing and what to stop spending money on.

What always stays private

If we work together, everything you tell me in a coaching session stays between us. I do not share session content, written notes, or anything you tell me with any third party, ever, unless you give me explicit permission or I am legally required to. That promise is the heart of the whole service.

Tools I use to run the site and the ads

I'm a small operation, so I use third-party tools to do things I can't do alone. Here's the honest list:

• Lovable hosts this website.
• Google Ads conversion tracking (including a feature called Enhanced Conversions) sends Google a hashed, one-way encrypted version of your email address when you submit the form. This helps Google tell which ad click led to which call request. Google does not receive your actual email address from this, only a scrambled version it cannot reverse. Google's own privacy policy applies: see policies.google.com/privacy.
• Meta Pixel (for Facebook and Instagram ads) similarly helps me understand which ads led to call requests. Meta's privacy policy applies: see facebook.com/privacy.
• A standard email provider for when I reply to you.
• A standard calendar tool for when we book a call.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies. The essential ones make the site work. The analytics and ad cookies are described above. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings any time.

How long I keep your information

Form submissions: I keep your email and what you wrote for as long as we're in conversation, plus a reasonable period after, so I can find our history if you come back. If you ask me to delete it, I will.

Analytics: my analytics tools retain data on a rolling basis (usually 14 to 26 months) and then delete it automatically.

Your rights

You can ask me at any time to:

• See what data I have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your data
• Opt out of any marketing tracking

Email yuval@onlyone.health with the subject "privacy request" and I'll handle it within a working week.

If you're in the EU, the UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA. The same email address handles those requests too.

Children

One Health is for adults. If you're under 18, please don't submit the form.

If anything changes

If I update this policy, I'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the change is significant, I'll mention it in any email reply to you for a few weeks after.
